What if I would like to return my order?

Every single design is created by Lisa, Lori & Lois. Each piece begins as a sketch at our workbench, is developed and refined by hand in our studio, and thoughtfully brought through every stage of making with close attention to detail.
Before anything leaves our hands, it is carefully inspected by one of us to ensure it meets the standard we would be proud to wear ourselves.
What if my piece breaks or needs repair?
Life happens. If your piece ever needs attention, simply contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can take a look.
Within the first 6 months, we’ll repair or replace items that show a manufacturing or materials fault whenever possible.
For accidental damage or natural wear over time, we’re still here to help. We’re happy to review repair options or offer support toward a replacement where we can, so your piece can continue to be worn and enjoyed.
