Shipping Locations & Costs

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time (1–4 Business Days)

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it as quickly as possible. During processing, we:

Confirm your order details
Carefully inspect each piece for quality
Package your jewellery securely for transit

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time (2–4 Weeks)

Once dispatched, your order travels through our international logistics network before being handed to your local delivery partner for final delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–4 weeks (including processing and shipping).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, customs processing, or unexpected carrier delays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Information

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
Delivery times may vary due to seasonal demand, weather, customs processing, or courier delays.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with household members or neighbours before contacting us.
